Order Processing Time

  • All orders placed by 5pm will be processed and shipped the following business day

  • Orders placed on holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

 

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct, as we cannot modify it once an order has been placed.

  • We regret to inform you that we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required.

  • You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Refunds

Once your returned item is received, we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved:

  • A refund will be initiated to your credit card or original method of payment.

  • You should receive the credit within 7-10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

 

Defective Products
